Based on community feedback, the County is currently developing interim community-based objective design standards for the County's West Slope that will apply to multifamily, mixed-use and commercial development in each of the County's Community Regions and Rural Centers. Adoption of the interim objective design standards is anticipated in December 2024.

The public are invited to participate in this important effort! If you are interested in sharing your opinion, please attend the Joint Informational Workshop on September 17th at 1 pm in the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, Building A, 330 Fair Lane, Placerville, CA 95667.
