Senior Legal Services can help you if:

• You are seeking legal assistance.

Services Provided

Located in the Placerville Senior Center, our program provides legal education and services to all El Dorado County seniors, regardless of income. Our attorneys meet with seniors individually to inform and assist them with a wide variety of problems.

Voluntary Contributions

There is no charge for services. However, voluntary contributions in any amount would be more than welcome and may be tax deductible.

Community Education

Our attorneys provide workshops and seminars on a variety of legal issues to private and public groups across the county. Topics include estate planning, powers of attorney and health care directives, financial scams and identify theft, Medi-Cal and long-term care planning, and more. We also have an extensive collection of informational fact sheets, brochures and other materials on many legal topics.
