El Dorado County Employment Resource Centers offer many resources to help businesses grow, improve and achieve goals. Please Note: Due to COVID-19, many services of the Employment Resource Centers may be limited or temporarily unavailable. Appointments are needed to visit our centers. Subsidized Employment program provides reimbursement directly to participating employers for 50% of an eligible CalWORKs participant’s wages for up to 6 months, if they agree to hire and train an eligible worker. 

Job Candidate Referrals. In some cases, we can refer job applicants that may meet job qualifications. 

Tax Credits. You may be eligible to receive a federal tax credit if the employee you hire meets certain qualifying criteria.
