Disaster Loan Outreach Center
The Small Business Administration (SBA) is helping El Dorado residents and businesses rebuild with disaster loans. Representatives from the SBA are available to help explain and complete individual loan applications.

For owners and residents of recreational vehicles or mobile homes, the Caldor Recreational Vehicle - Mobile Home Program may be relevant and helpful to you. You can find program information and the permit application here:
Fee Waivers
To help ease the burden of rebuilding from the Mosquito Fire or Caldor Fire, you can request many of your permit fees be waived or removed. You can read about the process below and find the Waiver Request Form.

Zoning Updates
Following recent wildfire disasters, the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors approved new County Ordinances to improve and streamline the rebuilding and recovery process. You can read each of these County Ordinances here:
