Emergency Preparedness and Response Training

Emergency Preparedness and Response provides training for first responders, healthcare providers, partner agencies and the community.

Community and Partner Agencies

Emergency Preparedness and Response provides training for the El Dorado County community and our partner agencies focusing on personal preparedness, understanding vulnerabilities we face in El Dorado County, the importance of personal support networks and developing communication and evacuations plans.

We tailor our trainings to the audience and their interests.  Training can be a brief presentation as part of your staff meeting agenda, or it can be an interactive workshop with hands-on activities.

Emergency Preparedness and Response also participates in community events, such as health fairs and National Night Out.  We collaborate effectively with our partners to reach a variety of populations.

If you would like to have Emergency Preparedness and Response provide training for your group or organization, or you would like us to participate in an event, please contact Kristine Oase Guth at 530-621-7582 or kristine.oase@edcgov.us
