Recirculated Partial Draft Environmental Impact Report (RDEIR)
| Note: The Board of Supervisors recodified the County Ordinance Code. The Zoning Ordinance, previously Title 17, is now Title 130. For simplicity’s sake, since all discussions to this point have described the Zoning Ordinance Update (ZOU) as part of Title 17 (and the online copy of the ZOU is numbered accordingly), the Partial Recirculated DEIR will continue to refer to the ZOU as Title 17. When the ZOU is adopted, it will be incorporated into the County Code of Ordinances as Title 130. |
As the RDEIR document is only a partial recirculation of the previously circulated Draft EIR, its content is limited to the chapters or portions of the original Draft EIR that have been modified, consistent with State law (CEQA Guidelines Section 15088.5[c]). The reader should refer to the previously circulated Draft EIR, dated March 2014, for the parts that are not included in the RDEIR.
