Long Range Planning Division

On December 3, 2024, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Interim Design Standards and Guidelines (IDSG) for commercial, multifamily, and mixed use projects in the County’s Community Regions and Rural Centers and the Interim Objective Design Standards (IODS) for multifamily and mixed use projects that qualify for state streamlining and ministerial provisions (Legistar File Number 24-1961).
