The El Dorado County Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Division invites the public to provide input on the annual update to its Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan.  The Update covers fiscal year 2025/2026.

To provide exemplary community-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment, in collaboration with the Public Guardian, and other partner agencies, within a coordinated, cost-effective system of care.

El Dorado County Behavioral Health serves all regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income.
