The Rules of Procedure were amended with the approval of the Civil Service Commission and the Board of Supervisors. However, the Civil Service Ordinance has not been amended to be fully consistent with the amended Rules of Procedure. Where there exists a conflict between the two documents, the Civil Service Ordinance will prevail over the amended Rules of Procedure.
